We are looking for an organized, communicative person who writes well and without Portuguese grammar errors, to handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, follow up on negotiations, and support the sales process. **Your responsibilities:** — Promptly and courteously assist buyers and sellers — Follow up on negotiations and answer questions about listings — Identify sales opportunities and qualify leads — Record interactions and follow internal scripts **What we expect:** — Strong writing skills and clear communication — Familiarity with WhatsApp and social media platforms — Organization, proactivity, and accountability — Stable internet connection and availability during the stated working hours **Probationary contract — 3 months** 30 hours per week · Fixed salary of R$ 850 Candidates successfully completing the probationary period may be offered a permanent position (44 hours/week, Mon–Fri 12:00 PM–8:00 PM \+ Sat 8:00 AM–12:00 PM), with minimum wage \+ sales bonuses.
