Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** You will join the CRM team, acting as the technical reference for managing, optimizing, and executing CRM journeys via integration of Marketing Cloud platforms and other technologies, proactively improving customer experience and governing CRM strategies together with internal teams. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Implement and manage multichannel journeys (email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications) using Marketing Cloud and related platforms, leveraging dynamic content, AMPscript, and HTML. * Support Growth team CRM analysts in tool usage, troubleshooting, clarifying doubts, and providing consultative support for journey creation. * Map and document governance processes for channels, journeys, campaigns, and CRM Strategy best practices. * Build advanced data segmentations using SQL. * Conduct discovery and technical refinements for new projects, supporting the initiation of complex requests or integration projects with the IT team. * Investigate and resolve bugs in live CRM campaigns and journeys. * Serve as liaison among various internal areas—especially Growth, CX, Data, and IT. * Build CRM automations for data exports, API integrations, data consumption, or journey automation. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, and others. * Experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. * Knowledge of digital channels (email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications). * Familiarity with data solutions such as CDPs. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Strategic thinking and business acumen. **Preferred:** * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency * Database knowledge * Dashboard development capability **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits on our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
