




Job Summary: The Training and Development Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading T&D programs, identifying needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives. Are you interested and ready to join this team that works daily to keep Brazil moving — connecting industries and people? **Training and Development Analyst \- HR** **Responsibilities and Activities** * Design, implement, and lead Training and Development programs. * Identify training needs in collaboration with client departments. * Develop instructional materials and training content. * Deliver in-person and online training sessions for diverse audiences. * Evaluate T\&D initiative effectiveness (participation, reaction, learning, and application). * Support and monitor performance evaluation processes, interpretation of results, and IDPs. * Monitor and support the progress of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Monitor and manage internal platforms. * Perform administrative tasks: issuing invoices, maintaining records, and generating reports. * Carry out operational tasks: sending promotional items, organizing lists, and managing training logistics. * Stay updated on T\&D trends and best practices. * Contribute to strengthening a culture of continuous learning within the organization. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (final semesters) in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience preferred (1 year) in Training and Development, Corporate Education, or related areas. * Ability to facilitate training sessions and develop instructional materials. * Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Canvas, and digital learning tools. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with learning platforms (LMS/LXP). * Familiarity with andragogy and active learning methodologies. * Experience with performance evaluation processes and IDPs.
