Use of Microsoft Office tools ### **Responsibilities:** * Perform administrative support tasks (reception, front-desk duties, office routines, and support to internal departments). * Archive, organize, control, and process documents (physical and digital). * Draft and review texts for internal communications. * Use Microsoft Office tools to create spreadsheets, presentations, and documents. * Support organizational tasks, calendar management, material control, and information recording. ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having incomplete undergraduate studies, preferably students or graduates in: Engineering, Architecture, Geography, Geology, Law, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Financial Management, Public Administration, Executive Secretariat, Languages, or other related fields. * Proven experience in administrative activities, such as Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, and/or Customer Service Representative.
