Collaboration with Accounting and Controller departments during financial closings You will work in the accounts payable department of Group 123, alongside a team committed to excellence in daily activities, offering opportunities for professional and personal learning and development. **Responsibilities:** * Handling internal and external clients and suppliers; * Bank classification and reconciliation; * Execution of daily payments; * Internal communication regarding documents; * Verification of tax withholdings on invoices; validation of payments such as mileage credits and reversals; * Approval of payments in the internal system; * Collaboration with Accounting and Controller departments on accounting, tax, and financial closings; * Participation in ERP system implementation and process improvements within the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * Required: Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel; * Experience in executing payments via ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and via Internet Banking; * Experience in tax withholding, document validation, and bank reconciliation; cash flow analysis and proposal of improvements; * Preferred: Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) system; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
