Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Analyst to handle bookkeeping, trial balance preparation, reconciliations, and financial closing, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team. We seek dynamic individuals who value and invest in their own development, contributing to and supporting the accounting team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform accounting bookkeeping for group companies under the Real Profit taxation regime, ensuring proper account classification and reconciliation. * Prepare and analyze monthly trial balances and financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement). * Conduct accounting reconciliations and analyze changes in equity. * Manage and reconcile fixed assets, depreciation, and accounting provisions. * Participate in monthly and annual financial closing processes, in coordination with Tax and Finance departments. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and current legislation. * Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications. * Collaborate synergistically with Treasury, Tax, and Controller departments. * Propose improvements to accounting processes and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. * Solid experience in accounting under the Real Profit taxation regime. * Proficiency in accounting reconciliations, profit determination, and year-end closing. * Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Active CRC registration.
