Job Mission Responsible for executing the strategies (Success Photography) defined for the channel and region across assigned stores, supervising and developing the sales promoter team under management, ensuring strong relationships and service with all store stakeholders to maximize customer business—and consequently HEINEKEN Brasil’s business. Key Responsibilities  Ensure excellence in executing the strategies defined for the channel in the region (Success Photography) through on-site monitoring of activity execution in AS stores and market research follow-up;  Identify and develop business opportunities to increase volume, shelf space, and growth of segmented product mix among potential customers, through visits/prospecting of these customers in the market;  Ensure that available trade marketing actions are activated at the point of sale, through minimum stock management, application of promotional materials, negotiation of shelf space, and promoter team execution;  Monitor compliance with pricing policies through on-site monitoring, aiming to report any pricing deviations and take corrective action when possible;  Ensure brand appreciation at the point of sale through correct application of merchandising materials and coordination of promotional activities implemented at customer locations;  Supervise and develop the promoter team to enable them to execute brand execution guidelines, ensuring technical knowledge and adherence to established routines;  Conduct regular market routes across all stores in the portfolio, monitoring execution via coaching of promoters and store evaluation (FDS);  Track results of implemented actions within the channel and suggest improvements whenever necessary;  Ensure customers’ virtual stock is zeroed out by monitoring the management tool, preventing product stockouts at the POS;  Perform sell-in and sell-out analyses by Network/Store/Route or special analyses (as needed or identified);  Manage company assets in the market (Refrigerators / Racks). Academic Qualification Currently pursuing undergraduate degree (at least 75% completed) Requirements Valid and permanent Driver’s License Category B Intermediate Excel proficiency Availability for travel Benefits We deeply Care about your health!
