Job Mission Responsible for executing channel- and region-specific strategies (Success Photography) at assigned retail locations, supervising and developing the team of promoters under management, ensuring strong relationships and service with all store stakeholders to maximize customer business and, consequently, HEINEKEN Brasil’s business. Main Responsibilities  Ensure excellence in executing channel-specific strategies in your region (Success Photography) through on-site monitoring of activity implementation at AS stores and market research follow-up;  Identify and develop business opportunities to increase volume, shelf space, and growth of segmented product portfolios among potential customers, via store visits/prospecting in the market;  Ensure that available trade marketing initiatives are activated at point-of-sale (POS), through minimum stock management, application of promotional materials, negotiation of shelf space, and promoter team execution;  Monitor compliance with pricing policies through on-site observation, reporting any pricing deviations and implementing corrections when possible;  Ensure brand equity for our products at POS through correct application of merchandising materials and coordination of promotional activities implemented at customer locations;  Supervise and develop the promoter team to equip them to execute brand execution guidelines, ensuring technical knowledge and adherence to established routines;  Conduct regular market routes across all accounts in the portfolio to monitor execution via promoter coaching and store evaluation (FDS);  Track results of implemented initiatives within the channel and suggest improvements whenever necessary;  Ensure customers’ virtual stock is zeroed out via management tool monitoring, preventing product stockouts at POS;  Conduct sell-in and sell-out analyses by Network/Store/Route or special analyses (as needed or identified);  Manage company assets in the market (refrigerators / racks). Academic Qualification Currently pursuing undergraduate degree (at least 75% completed) Requirements Valid and permanent driver’s license category B Intermediate Excel proficiency Willingness to travel Benefits We deeply Care about your health!
