We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent customer service skills. **No prior experience required.** Main Responsibilities * Assist in organizing the store and display windows; * Greet and direct customers; * Support the sales team in customer service; * Organize and restock merchandise; * Verify and pick products; * Assist with cleaning and maintaining store organization; * Support inventory control; * Provide basic customer service via WhatsApp and telephone; * Assist with general store routines. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Good communication skills and courtesy; * Organization and responsibility; * Ability to work well in a team; * Agility and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in retail or commerce; * Experience in optician shops; * Basic computer knowledge.
