Job Summary: Performs assembly and finishing of components, operates material handling equipment, and conducts dimensional control to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and finishing of structural components 2. Operation of overhead cranes and other material handling equipment 3. Dimensional control and trigonometric calculations in projects **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform checklists on machines, equipment, tools, and instruments, verifying their functionality and reporting anomalies to the immediate supervisor; * Carry out assembly of structural components / linings of components under repair; * Dismantle components specified in the service scope that require replacement; * Finish components using an angle grinder to ensure assembly complies with quality standards; * Bevel components when necessary to ensure assembly complies with quality and drawing dimensional standards; * Operate overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, manual hoists, and electric hoists to supply and retrieve components from the assembly bay, placing them at locations designated by the immediate supervisor; * Finish weld joints using an angle grinder and grinder to ensure welds comply with quality standards; * Inspect components prior to assembly to verify compliance with project dimensions and proper fit within components; * Monitor component dimensions during and after assembly, recording data on a dedicated dimensional control sheet; * Perform trigonometric calculations for assembly execution per project specifications; * Maintain equipment, instruments, fixed assets, and consumable materials assigned to the role, requesting maintenance, repairs, or replenishment from relevant departments as needed; * Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of generated waste in appropriate containers and locations, thereby safeguarding occupational health and environmental aspects; * Mark machining references for eyelet filling with welding, according to drawing dimensions; * Assemble GETs and cast parts onto components per Hensley procedures; * Assemble washers onto bucket lifting lugs, maintaining concentricity of parts and ensuring dimensions required for machining.
