Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to lead and manage our commercial team in Belo Horizonte, MG. This position will be responsible for monitoring sales targets, supervising team activities, and ensuring excellence in customer service. The professional will also develop strategies to improve commercial performance and ensure processes are executed efficiently. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. Qualifications * Commercial Management: Knowledge of commercial management, business supervision, and strategies for achieving targets is required. * Team Management: Experience leading and managing teams, with skills to foster motivation and alignment toward common goals. * Monitoring and Results: Ability to conduct performance monitoring to ensure team effectiveness and achieve consistent commercial results. * Additional advantages include a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, as well as experience in the telecommunications industry and knowledge of advanced negotiation techniques.
