Main Responsibilities * Ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up on their needs and expectations. * Conducting regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the services/products offered. * Efficiently and professionally managing and resolving customer complaints. * Tracking customer requests, ensuring they are handled appropriately and within established deadlines. * Registering and entering quotations into the system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. * Monitoring and updating order status, keeping customers informed about progress.
