




Job Description: * Technical diploma holder or currently enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s degree program in Quality and/or Food Science * Computer literacy – Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate Excel proficiency * Valid driver’s license (category B) and ability to drive * Availability to work occasionally on Saturdays (for facility sanitation) * Willingness to travel (biannual trips to Pouso Alegre and Uberlândia) * Prior experience in quality assurance and/or food industry is required. * Perform quality control duties, including monitoring loading and unloading of refrigerated and frozen animal-derived products; conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits; managing non-conformities; and maintaining relevant documentation. Update department-related documents as needed. * Monitor and verify sanitation procedures for facilities and personnel to minimize product-related risks. * Evaluate product returns (from distribution/secondary logistics), and conduct customer site visits when necessary prior to authorizing returns. * Send product samples for laboratory analysis. * Deliver training sessions to staff; implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / Good Handling Practices.
