YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze contractual clauses and terms for each type of service sold; * Analyze customer debts and payment history; * Calculate interest and adjustments; * Assess optimal payment conditions; * Interact with customers via dialer, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Proactively contact customers; * Receive inbound calls; * Schedule follow-up contacts; * Develop negotiation proposals; * Create outreach and negotiation pitches after training; * Track closed and paid negotiations; * Follow department-defined processes. WHAT WE REQUIRE: * Completed high school education * Prior experience in negotiating and collecting from delinquent customers. * Agile profile (multitasking); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Basic proficiency in using digital tools; * Experience with dialer-based contact, as well as customer relationship management via WhatsApp and e\-mail; * Proactive and adaptable to change; * Active listening skills; * Ability to handle challenges and meet goals; * Willingness to learn; * Team-oriented mindset; * Ability to work autonomously.
