**Main responsibilities:** * Interpret technical drawings to perform repairs, assemblies, and adjustments. * Diagnose defects in fleet vehicles, including those listed in the work order (WO) as well as other undetected defects. * Operate specialized tools and equipment for maintenance and repair of road transport implements, such as impact wrenches, pliers, pressure gauges, etc. * Request and collect necessary parts from the warehouse for maintenance, as specified in the WO. * Maintain work-related equipment. * Repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems by replacing damaged or worn parts. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles. * Clean the interior of fleet fuel tanks using cutting/impact tools to remove coal residue and transported material ballast. * Lubricate mechanical components when required. * Conduct detailed inspections of road transport implements to identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues. * Repair paint on fleet vehicle parts. * Install new equipment and components, making necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation. * Request third-party maintenance for departmental equipment used in the sector from the manager. * Inform the manager about defects not indicated in the WO. * Clean and organize the workplace daily. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for each activity, per safety department guidelines. * Perform other related and/or inherent duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
