Develop, review, and control execution schedules and physical progress curves for industrial assembly projects. Perform medium- and long-term planning using productivity indicators; Develop and monitor PEP (Project Execution Plan), LPS (Last Planner System), and AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) routines; Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and clients; Validate and control S-curves, labor histograms, and resource forecasts; Participate in planning, coordination, and cross-departmental interface meetings; Ensure compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements, and safety guidelines.
