**Description:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Project Intermediate-level Excel and English skills High energy, proactivity, and organizational skills **Responsibilities:** Plan and monitor new electronic product development projects, collaborating with project management analysts across multidisciplinary teams: Hardware, Firmware, and Mechanical. Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle: Conceptualization, Design, Implementation, Prototyping, Testing, and Manufacturing Support. **Key responsibilities:** Develop project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project and Planner, listing tasks, their interdependencies, and execution deadlines. Assist in allocating shared resources across multiple projects by suggesting adjustments to task start and end dates to eliminate over-allocation or resource conflicts. Track planned activities to identify delays. Assist in analyzing the feasibility of action plans proposed by project leads to recover delayed tasks, assessing impact and proposing schedule adjustments when necessary. Monitor the project’s critical path daily, anticipating issues and proposing adjustments as needed. Develop and maintain short- and medium-term plans for activities not included in ongoing projects.
