We are bringing together the best and brightest minds to bring brilliant ideas to life — this is the power of over 36\.000 people worldwide. **We currently have an opportunity for a Project Mechanical Engineer \- ATO for Minaçu/GO.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop mechanical engineering designs on site/field in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry best practices; * Perform diverse field/construction-related project tasks requiring specialized knowledge application and creative or adaptive decision-making; * Conduct technical studies related to mechanical engineering projects; * Support field construction activities by responding to on-site requests for design modifications/adaptations; * Keep the immediate site supervisor informed of work progress and provide realistic timelines for completion; * Monitor and support the development of field/construction work performed by designers and drafters, delegating and guiding their activities, holding them accountable for results, and sharing knowledge; * Interpret and verify the application of applicable laws, standards, and specifications to mechanical engineering projects on site/field; * Manage stakeholder engagement for field/construction projects, participating in meetings to gather project requirements, align expectations, and monitor work progress. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Solid experience in industrial mining projects; * Experience as ATO (Technical Support to Construction); * Active registration with CREA; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 2D, and Plant 3D; * Familiarity with laws, standards, and design criteria used within the discipline.
