**AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR WOMEN** **Required Qualifications:** * Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, and/or Mechatronics, with active registration and CFT; * Experience with mobile mining equipment: off-road trucks, loaders, excavators, motor graders, drill rigs, and crawler tractors; * Knowledge of PCM (Planning and Control of Maintenance) for mobile mining equipment; * Knowledge of SAP System – PM Module; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of Power BI; * Residence in and/or willingness to reside in the following cities: Brumadinho, Sarzedo, Mário Campos, Ibirité, Contagem, and/or Belo Horizonte (bus route). **Job Responsibilities and Activities:** * Update work centers (administrative, internal team shifts, and third-party shifts) in the system; * Enter standard and adjusted capacity adjustments, considering intervals and shifts; * Ensure resource availability (labor, machinery, and materials) in the required quantity, quality, and timeframe for activity execution; * Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings (**S\-1, S, S\+1**) at the defined frequency, involving necessary interfaces; * Schedule auxiliary equipment and special tools (owned and third-party) in SAP; * Address deviations identified during scheduling; * Close scheduling entries in SAP (CM25 or approved interfaces), recording deviations and additional services in the system (**S\-1**); * Collaborate with interfacing areas to develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs); * Daily management of the scheduler’s portfolio, ensuring monitoring and execution of planned activities.
