Use of mechanical measuring instruments **Job Description – Mechanical Technical Assistant** We are seeking a **Mechanical Technical Assistant** to support assembly, disassembly, inspection, and mechanical measurements, ensuring process compliance and service quality. The professional must strictly adhere to internal regulations, safety standards, and established procedures. **General Responsibilities** * Execute production planning according to supervisors’ instructions. * Accurately record maintenance information in the **FAS** system. * Issue **RNC** where applicable. * Immediately report any failures encountered during task execution. * Availability for business travel. **Technical Activities** **Operations and Processes** * Handling of technological equipment used in process control. * Handling of activity control systems and archiving systems for completed work. * Technical support at client facilities. * Operate overhead cranes in accordance with training and safety regulations. **Measuring Instruments** Handling of instruments, including: * Dynamometer, interchangeable micrometer, height gauge, standard bar/rod, heavy-duty caliper, depth caliper, internal diameter gauge, dial indicator. **Assembly, Disassembly, and Inspection** * Assembly and disassembly of low-voltage motors. * Inspection (technical evaluation) of low- and medium-voltage motors. * Performing mechanical measurements for component analysis. **Component Preparation** * Preparation of parts. * Final verification of parts prior to subsequent process steps. **Technical Documentation** * Correctly use and interpret the **Sectoral Work Instruction Folder** to identify and study tasks. **Requirements** **Education** * **Preferred:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics. * **Minimum:** Currently pursuing a technical degree. **Experience** * **Preferred:** 6 months of experience. **Skills** * **Preferred:** Attention to detail, responsibility, and cooperation.
