Support material procurement, budgeting, and outsourcing of services. **Position: Building Maintenance Technician** **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **Work Location:** On-site **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including low-voltage electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems. * Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks related to painting, masonry, cladding, flooring, doors, and windows. * Maintain hydraulic systems: pipelines, pumps, valves, faucets, shut-off valves, and water supply systems. * Identify and rectify faults in sewage and drainage networks. * Respond to internal service requests and resolve building maintenance demands. * Conduct tests and inspections after completion of work. * Support material procurement, budgeting, and outsourcing of services. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and promote a risk-prevention culture. Mandatory Requirements * Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Valid NR-10 certification. * Experience in building maintenance involving electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems (preferably in environments such as shopping malls, hospitals, clubs, or event centers). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Availability to work during events and on-call shifts, as required.
