**JOB MISSION:** Contribute to ensuring that facilities are in good working condition, being responsible for the conservation, repair, and restoration of equipment and structures, proposing effective solutions that minimize downtime and maximize productivity. **RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION:** * Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on telecommunications equipment, such as antennas, towers, switches, routers, among others. * Maintain control over inventory of parts and equipment required for maintenance and repair activities. * Identify and correct defects in mechanical, electrical, or structural components, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation. * Collaborate with other maintenance team professionals to resolve complex problems and develop innovative solutions. * Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and other departments to resolve telecommunications equipment issues. * Maintain accurate records of performed activities and parts used, contributing to efficient resource management and cost control. * Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge, staying updated on new technologies and practices in the Telecommunications field. * Keep equipment, tools, and materials used in maintenance activities in good working condition and available when needed. * Assist company departments during layout changes, equipment installation, space organization, and other demands related to the physical work environment. **EDUCATION/SPECIAL SKILLS:** Education: Completed High School or Technical Education Preferred Course: Electrical / Mechanical Technician or Related Fields.
