Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of power generators, load banks, and transformers, including programming and assembly of power generation plants. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and grounding systems Perform installation, corrective and preventive maintenance on power generators. Install load banks and transformers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Commission parallel-connected generators, including cable installation, diesel tanks, and open/closed transfer panels; adjust voltage; **install grounding mesh** * Perform preventive maintenance * Perform corrective maintenance on generators: regulate and install voltage plates and battery chargers; replace diodes; **measure insulation resistance in alternators.** * Install and perform **corrective maintenance** on load banks and transformers. * Program and **assemble power generation plants** using generator control modules such as Deif, Comap, Woodward, DeepSea, among others. * Complete and submit maintenance service reports, reimbursement reports, and time cards. * Conduct technical site visits, recording all relevant data including single-line diagrams, block diagrams, and layouts. * Interpret technical drawings * Telemetry installations * **Perform corrective maintenance and programming of QTA and QTR** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Technical course in the electrical field; * Intermediate knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, and basic knowledge of Diesel mechanics; * Intermediate knowledge of grounding systems; * Ability to size generator sets; * Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical control systems; * Familiarity with measurement instruments such as Megohmmeters and Hipot testers; * Knowledge and ability to perform high-voltage installations while ensuring team safety. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Benefits and Partnerships:** * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Meal Voucher and/or Food Voucher * Flexible Card * Transportation Voucher * Payroll-deductible loan (available after 6 months of employment) * Life Insurance * Corporate social network (partnership with various establishments offering exclusive discounts and benefits) * Training and development program (Tecnogera University) * Parking (first-come, first-served) * Breakfast * Day Off **Health and Well-being Programs:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Emotional well-being: 100% company-funded psychotherapy sessions * Gympass * Occupational gymnastics We are energy in motion since 2006, supplying the energy that powers businesses—especially through temporary power solutions, access equipment, and temperature control systems.
