Job Summary: Professional responsible for the Construction and Installation (CAPEX) business unit, driving its full development nationwide in Brazil. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the Construction and Installation (CAPEX) unit at the national level in Brazil 2. Full development of the business unit 3. Direct reporting to the Operations Directorate **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the Construction and Installation (CAPEX) business unit; * Drive full development of the unit, including planning, budgeting, procurement, commercial activities, quality, safety, and other key processes\-; * Operate nationwide in Brazil, focusing on expansion projects, industrial construction, and major shutdowns; * Accountable for the CAPEX unit's annual sales and revenue targets, reporting directly to the Operations Directorate; * And others. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * 10 years of experience in civil and electromechanical installation construction; * 5 years of experience in management positions; * Knowledge of physical and financial planning, budgeting, quality management, and procurement management; * Commercial acumen; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork orientation. **We believe diversity strengthens our team.
