Job Summary: Responsible for leading the Construction and Installation (CAPEX) business unit, covering all aspects from planning through quality and safety management. Key Highlights: 1. Full leadership of the Construction and Installation (CAPEX) business unit. 2. Nationwide operations in Brazil, focusing on large-scale projects and industrial construction. 3. Strategic management of planning, budgeting, and procurement. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the Construction and Installation (CAPEX) business unit; * Oversee the full development of the unit, including planning, budgeting, procurement, commercial activities, quality, safety, and other key processes; * Operate nationwide across Brazil, with focus on expansion projects, industrial construction, and major shutdowns; * Accountable for the CAPEX unit’s annual sales and revenue targets, reporting directly to the Operations Executive Management; * And other duties. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * 10 years of experience in civil and electromechanical installation construction; * 5 years of experience in managerial positions; * Knowledge of physical and financial planning, budgeting, quality management, and procurement management; * Commercial acumen; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork orientation. **We believe diversity strengthens our team.
