




To join our Budget team, a minimum of 6 months’ experience in areas such as construction execution, *cost control*, *quantity surveying*, *planning*, or *budgeting* is required. To promote professional development and broaden expertise, the budget assistant will also interface with the commercial department and occasionally accompany the budget engineer on technical site visits. **Key responsibilities:** * Document and email management for procurement processes; * Updating proposal schedules; * Quoting prices and services from suppliers; * Preparing and formatting spreadsheets and proposals; * Monitoring budget-related requests and deliverables; * Producing reports and presentations. **Requirements:** * Completed technical diploma or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Microsoft Office suite; * Excel (intermediate/advanced); * Ability to read AutoCAD project drawings. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in mining and electromechanical installation sectors will be considered advantageous.
