Acts strategically and tactically to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities: * Manage building maintenance activities; * Supervise outsourced service contracts; * Coordinate clinical engineering initiatives; * Manage procurement and supply processes; * Develop and qualify suppliers; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ANVISA, NRs, Health Surveillance, Fire Department, among others); * Develop and monitor operational performance indicators; * Plan and execute structural improvement and technical adaptation projects; * Manage budgets for areas under responsibility; * Manage operational risks and contingency plans; * Lead multidisciplinary teams; * Support audit processes; * Ensure continuous availability and operation of essential facility services. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Production, Clinical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil), Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in operational management within the healthcare sector; * Knowledge of clinical engineering, building maintenance, and procurement/supply management; * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA) is a plus; * Knowledge of contract management and supplier negotiation; * Familiarity with regulatory standards and accreditations (ONA accreditation is a plus); * People management, leadership, and decision-making skills; * Analytical, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile.
