




Responsible for performing nursing care procedures, aligned with the institution’s mission, vision, and values, across various clinical departments, carrying out technical-level activities aimed at ensuring service quality and guaranteeing patient safety at all levels of care complexity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Comply with legislation, professional standards, and the Nursing Service Bylaws. * Perform patient reception, orientation, and safe identification. * Prepare nursing kits and document nursing progress notes in accordance with current regulations. * Carry out procedures exclusively assigned to nursing technicians and assist physicians/nurses with materials, sedation, and patient support during examinations. * Administer medications as prescribed and obtain signed informed consent forms. * Provide safe nursing care, including in critical and emergency situations. * Maintain confidentiality, follow institutional protocols, prevent risks, and use mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (NR-32). * Follow work instructions, accept reassignments, and perform duties assigned to the designated department. * Verify medical prescriptions, participate in training sessions, and report incidents. * Support Hospital Accreditation processes. * Ensure departmental organization, cleanliness, proper use, and maintenance of equipment. * Keep patient records up to date and comply with the Healthcare Waste Management Plan (PGRSS). * Deliver and retrieve materials from the Central Sterile Supply Department (CME), assemble and label sharps containers. * Request supplies on a weekly basis. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Technical Nursing Course. * Active professional registration with COREN-MG.
