Negotiation and persuasion skills Position: Mobility Consultant Location: Belo Horizonte Main Responsibilities: * Provide exclusive customer service and deliver information to car subscription customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person. * Register customers and cards in the management system. * Monitor active contracts to ensure compliance. * Contact non-compliant customers for contract collection. * Handle leads. * Perform annual adjustments. * Monitor vehicle mileage to ensure adherence to contractual terms. * Prepare spreadsheets and forward payment invoices. Requirements: * Familiarity with any management system and Microsoft Office suite. * Customer service skills. * Negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Prior experience in public-facing roles and sales is preferred.
