Motivate the team to achieve production targets ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Lead operational teams; * Keep the hospital laundry workstation clean and organized; * Ensure product quality; * Collaborate in resolving quality, safety, and delivery issues; * Motivate the team to achieve production targets; * Reduce absenteeism and turnover; * Ensure accurate tracking of working hours in the department and correct time clock registration for employees; * Perform administrative tasks; * Supervise and train the team on daily routines in the laundry and hospital departments.
