




Job Description: We are looking for a committed professional with leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset to work as a **Commercial Manager** at our local unit. This position plays an essential role in building trust-based relationships with our customers and partners, managing the team, and overseeing unit operations—always ensuring excellence in customer service and adherence to our franchise network’s standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure customer service complies with the network’s quality standards; * Support and monitor activities related to **prospecting new customers and partners**; * Lead the **service sales process**, including negotiations, value presentations, payment terms, and contract formalization; * Perform **cash opening and closing procedures**; * Participate in the execution of **post\-sale activities and customer relationship management**; * Supervise team activities related to shift start-up and closing; * Monitor and analyze **commercial goals and performance indicators**, driving continuous improvement in unit performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must reside in Patos/PB * **Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree** in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or Human Resources; * **Previous experience** in sales, customer service, commercial management, and team leadership.
