Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields); * Preferably specialized in Clinical Engineering. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for medical equipment at Santa Casa BH, providing technical leadership to the area in order to ensure proper operating conditions, safe usage, quality of processes, operations, and continuous improvements within the department; * Develop methodologies to reduce non-functional equipment, aiming to promote cost savings and optimize the use of available resources; * Prepare, in collaboration with the Clinical Department, technical specifications for new equipment acquisitions, selecting materials based on cost-benefit analysis; * Monitor and engage with suppliers to support procurement processes for parts, accessories, and services, as well as absorb and transfer new knowledge relevant to the work area; * Analyze and respond to inquiries sent by the Ministry of Health; * Prepare technical reports related to public partnership registration processes; * Monitor all stages of public partnership execution processes – proposal evaluation, technical acceptance, documentation for delivery to departments, and financial reporting; * Participate in inspections conducted by the Ministry of Health and State Health Secretariat during audit procedures; * Plan the replacement and integration of medical technologies currently installed at Santa Casa BH; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging market trends and medical equipment technologies to add value to the organization; * Support team training and development by providing technical supervision, organizing meetings, and directing training programs; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level as assigned by immediate supervisor. 2510130202241745763
