Preparation of technical reports and risk management Description: Completed undergraduate degree * Analyze and refine data to deliver it to supervisors and/or coordinators in an organized and stratified manner, as required, to support process management; * Assist immediate leadership with quality management tasks, especially maintaining and monitoring processes/documents subject to internal and external audits; * Document information supporting process execution; * Identify and monitor risks associated with critical activities; * Complete tactical-level indicators monthly according to Planning guidelines; * Prepare technical reports; * Support the execution of rotating and semiannual inventories; * Guide or train other employees on the use of quality tools and/or other necessary topics; * Manage attendance records for training sessions conducted; * Conduct budgetary analyses and transactions; * Monitor and analyze information from executed contracts, such as validity dates and amendments; * Monitor calibration and preventive/corrective maintenance of hospital equipment, as well as manage asset control; * Track incidents reported by other departments and respond where applicable; * Record and document improvement projects using quality tools; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from immediate supervisor. 2512060202191795220
