Assistance in internal processes and customer prospecting Intern Belo Horizonte / MG ##### **Description** Perform administrative and support tasks for the Administration, Finance, and HR departments; Assist in organizing internal processes and company workflow; Support the finance department in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and provisioning processes; Assist in customer prospecting via phone calls of an associative nature and promotion of adherence to services and platforms; Support logistics for courses and events, when necessary; Assist departments in conducting research, when necessary; Provide support and organization for company meetings; Prepare spreadsheets and charts requested by the Superintendent; Assist other administrative staff with daily tasks; Participate in training sessions when summoned; Support the Superintendent’s schedules/meetings/visits, recording occurrences and preparing minutes; Identify and propose process improvements using AI; Conduct various studies using Excel, among other routine tasks. ##### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Economics, Statistics, AI, Business Administration, Health Services Management, Hospital Management, or Financial Management from the 2nd semester onward / Experience in administrative routines and customer service. ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Internship stipend * Job Opening Date: 08/01/2026
