Job Description: WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (though we don’t expect a single candidate to meet all requirements): * Proven experience leading integration/automation teams or cells, including backlog management, SLAs, and delivery oversight; * Solid hands-on experience with integrations involving: AKS/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), and API Gateway (Sensedia); * Solution architecture: REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging/event-driven patterns, resilience patterns, observability (logs, metrics, tracing), and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC); * Automation: proficiency in designing RPA workflows and ability to evaluate iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Make/n8n) to reduce time-to-value; * Business-focused AI: practical application of NLP/LLMs/GenAI for cognitive automation; familiarity with RAG, evaluation techniques, and guardrails; * Processes: analysis and modeling (BPMN), end-to-end design, and continuous improvement; * Governance, security, and LGPD compliance: versioning, management of breaking changes, access policies (OAuth2/OIDC), privacy, and regulatory compliance; * Communication and leadership: influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders, negotiation of priorities, and people development; * Nice-to-haves: experience in medium-to-large corporate environments; certifications (architecture, integration/APIs, RPA, cloud, security/privacy); FinOps/cost optimization practices. HOW YOU’LL TRANSFORM HEALTHCARE DAILY: * Orchestrate the Integration & Automation function: define strategy, operational model (intake, prioritization, SLAs/OLAs), and roadmap; * Lead the team (onboarding, development plans, agile rituals) and manage third-party vendors (SOWs, KPIs, budget, and performance); * Evolve the current integration platform (AKS/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps pipelines, Sensedia API Gateway), ensuring scalability, resilience, and security; * Design and standardize solutions: APIs (REST/GraphQL), events/messaging, versioning, idempotency, retries/circuit breakers, observability; * Drive end-to-end automation implementations using RPA (e.g., Power Automate) and AI/GenAI (LLMs, NLP, document AI, RAG) where business value justifies it—collaborating closely with other IT teams; * Define and maintain governance for APIs and automations (catalog, lifecycle management, change management, usage policies, rate limiting, OAuth2/OIDC); * Ensure compliance and data privacy (LGPD, security-by-design, risk and change management); * Measure business value: business cases, KPIs/OKRs (hours saved, adoption rates, lead time, MTTR, post-go-live quality); * Act as a bridge between technology and business/Product/Data/Operations teams, facilitating decision-making (RPA vs. API vs. iPaaS) and stakeholder management; * Hands-on involvement when needed: prototyping, architecture reviews, unblocking impediments, and ensuring on-time delivery. 2512020202181841963
