This professional will act as an agent of transformation, ensuring the team is aligned with Agile practices and delivering business value. **Responsibilities:** Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective). Remove impediments that may affect team productivity. Ensure the team understands and follows Agile principles and Scrum practices. Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization. Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burndown) and propose improvements. Promote a collaborative and high-performance environment. Act as a coach for the team and stakeholders on Agile practices. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. **What do we expect?** Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects. In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile practices (Kanban, XP). Ability to facilitate meetings and handle conflicts. Familiarity with Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). **Differentiators** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related areas. CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification. Experience in DevOps and continuous integration environments. Knowledge of Agile metrics and analysis tools.
