




Description: Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in PMO and project management, preferably in industrial, engineering, or technology environments. * Practical knowledge of traditional and agile methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Experience in developing and monitoring schedules, risk management, cost control, scope management, and performance indicators. * Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (advanced spreadsheets, PM software, dashboards/BI). * Ability to consolidate information and produce executive reports/dashboards. * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Contagem/MG, with availability for travel as required by projects. Desirable Qualifications * Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or similar). * Knowledge of data analytics and dashboard development for portfolio monitoring. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA). * Prior experience in corporate PMO or business unit PMO within engineering, industrial, or EPC project companies. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, PMO, or related fields. About the Role * The PMO Coordinator will be responsible for structuring, coordinating, and ensuring governance of the unit’s project portfolio, guaranteeing consistent application of methodologies, standards, indicators, and project management processes—both traditional and agile. This role will work closely with leadership and project teams, consolidating information, monitoring scope, timelines, costs, risks, and quality, providing executive visibility to support decision-making, and promoting a culture of planning, disciplined execution, and results orientation. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the unit’s PMO, defining and ensuring implementation of methodologies, templates, standards, and best practices in project management. * Support the structuring, planning, and monitoring of the portfolio, tracking scope, schedules, costs, risks, milestones, and key deliverables. * Consolidate project information and generate executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for local leadership and the group. * Monitor performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, risks, productivity) and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Facilitate communication among technical areas (engineering, data, IT, operations) and business units, supporting project leaders on scheduling, risk management, and prioritization. 2512190202551926959
