Job Summary: Professional responsible for corporate telecommunications management, invoice control, M2M/IoT SIM card management, and Level 1 technical support, with a focus on VoIP telephony and networks. Key Highlights: 1. Corporate telecommunications management (landline, mobile, internet) 2. Invoice control and posting, payment tracking 3. Level 1 technical support for internal users Corporate telecommunications management (landline, mobile, and internet); Invoice control and posting, as well as payment tracking; M2M/IoT SIM card management (activation, cancellation, and consumption monitoring); Knowledge of VoIP telephony and IP extensions; Support for internal users (Level 1 technical support\); Opening and tracking service tickets with telecom providers; Inventory control of lines and devices; Basic networking knowledge (broadband internet, failover, and routers); Fundamentals of telecom contract analysis.
