Ensure availability, performance, and security of technological environments Job Description: **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and technical support * Lead the IT team, promoting development, engagement, and high performance * Plan, implement, and monitor technology projects (system deployment, improvements, and innovations) * Ensure availability, performance, and security of technological environments * Manage technology contracts and vendors (software, hardware, and services) * Administer departmental budget, seeking efficiency and cost reduction * Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) * Ensure compliance with information security policies and industry best practices * Support business areas in digital transformation and process improvement * Manage technology-related risks and business continuity (backup, disaster recovery, etc.) **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields * Solid experience in IT management, infrastructure, and support * Experience managing teams and projects * Knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, and information security * Experience managing vendors and contracts * Analytical ability and strategic vision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with business areas **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or IT certifications * Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) * Knowledge of governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) * Experience in digital transformation projects * Experience with IT service monitoring and management tools Compensation: R$7.000,00 - R$9.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
