About the Role* The Automation Coordinator will be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of the automation discipline in onshore oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, safety, and cybersecurity requirements. This role involves coordinating internal and subcontracted teams, integrating other engineering disciplines, and ensuring project execution efficiency. Key Responsibilities* Coordinate all deliverables of the automation discipline, ensuring technical quality and adherence to deadlines. * Validate technical solutions, ensuring safety, availability, process suitability, and compliance with regulatory and OT cybersecurity requirements. * Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and integrated testing, maintaining alignment with clients, consortia, and suppliers. * Assign tasks, manage capacity, monitor team performance, and provide feedback to foster technical development and engagement. * Coordinate interfaces with electrical, instrumentation, telecommunications, process, and IT disciplines, supporting scope defense and preparation of technical and documentary responses. 2512190202551926958
