Join us!** Responsible for leading the development, validation, and release of embedded electronic modules and mechatronic components, ensuring achievement of project objectives related to quality, performance, cost, and schedule. Collaborates closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and program management to ensure technical compliance, product validation, and support during vehicle development and launch phases. **Key Responsibilities** ================================ * Lead the development and maintenance of **embedded electronic modules and mechatronic switches**. * Manage **program engineering deliverables**, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality. * Coordinate technical activities with engineering teams and suppliers. * Ensure **availability and compliance of technical documentation** required for sourcing and product development. * Monitor **engineering validation plans**, ensuring on-time execution. * Conduct risk analyses and **product and installation FMEA** activities. * Support implementation of **technical modifications, drawing releases, and engineering changes**. * Monitor validation and release activities for **tooling, software, and product structure**. * Handle **technical problem resolution and plant support during pilot and launch phases**. * Ensure compliance with **internal engineering standards and technical specifications**. **Mandatory Requirements** =========================== * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Production Engineering**. * **Advanced English proficiency.** * Minimum **1 year of experience in product engineering or automotive development**. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in international team environments. * Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Familiarity with **project management tools and Microsoft Office suite**. * Willingness to undertake **occasional travel**. * Driver’s license category **B**, and availability for vehicle testing. **Desirable Requirements** ========================= * Experience in the **automotive industry**. * Knowledge of **embedded electronic systems development**. * MBA or specialization in **project management**. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
