Collaborate with related departments to align requirements. **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:** Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring inventory control, organization, and accuracy, as well as material and supply availability to meet the company's production demands, while ensuring compliance with internal, quality, and safety standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead warehouse team activities, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and employee development. * Supervise material and product receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch. * Monitor departmental performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to warehousing and inventory control processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards within the department. * Coordinate with related departments (Procurement, Production Planning and Control [PCP], Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics) to align requirements and ensure proper material flow. * Manage inventory of raw materials, supplies, and consumables used in production, recording movements in forms and digital systems. * Initiate purchase requests and monitor delivery of missing materials, ensuring timely replenishment. * Prepare reports on inventory movement, stocktaking, and inventory accuracy. * Ensure proper organization, identification, and location addressing of raw materials, consumables, and shared tools. * Maintain equipment, tools, and materials under warehouse responsibility in good condition. * Inspect received materials to verify compliance with purchase orders and invoices, and record non-conformities where applicable. * Notify responsible departments in case of discrepancies, segregating and identifying non-conforming products. * Implement and guide the team on internal procedures and applicable quality standards. * Ensure proper product packaging and handling to preserve product characteristics and integrity. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization; * Results-oriented; * Leadership; * Effective communication; * Interpersonal skills.
