Monitoring and presentation of performance indicators Description: Previous experience Education: Completed undergraduate degree Desired technical knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and performance indicators is desirable * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Organize workflow and ensure each employee aligns with the job responsibilities defined by the company; * Monitor employee productivity/performance and deliver developmental feedback as needed; * Conduct attendance tracking and maintenance for employees; * Plan and schedule employee vacations to ensure balanced departmental operations; * Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures, acting as a guardian of best practices implemented and/or guided by the company; * Define and execute strategies aligned with management and the planning department to ensure optimal departmental performance; * Monitor and verify, together with the planning department, the replenishment/re-stocking/picking release process based on the stock turnover rate of each item, guaranteeing 100% order release at order generation; * Execute picking strategies in coordination and alignment with management and the planning department to ensure optimal process performance; * Conduct interviews, train, and develop employees in their respective roles; * Identify and propose solutions/improvements to existing processes; * Ensure achievement of departmental goals and KPIs; if necessary, develop action plans to improve KPI performance; * Present departmental KPIs daily during management meetings (GEROT); * Monitor inventory accuracy/quality through reports, audit routines, cycle counts, and annual inventory; * Prepare reports, track, and update operational KPIs as required; * Ensure team safety in the workplace and guarantee proper use of designated PPEs and other micro-tasks relevant to the position. * Prepare managerial reports, interact with other departments regarding area-related matters, and report to management and the executive board. * Support the manager on area-related matters and projects. * Manage the team, guiding behavior around respect, engagement, empathy, dialogue, and cooperation, promoting people development 251226020249548996
