Monitor website development processes and strategies, organic reach, and paid customer acquisition. * Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze CRM data, sell-in/sell-out data, and participate in pricing strategy definition. * Product and Launch Management: Manage product lifecycle and launches, ensuring all products within their lifecycle are actively promoted by the commercial department to achieve optimal results for each product. * Management Reporting: Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and present results reports to management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Experience: Prior experience leading sales and marketing teams, preferably in retail or the company’s industry sector. * Technical Knowledge: Digital marketing, CRM tools, data analysis (BI), and sales funnel management. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability, leadership, results orientation, assertive and empathetic communication, and strategic vision. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary:** Fixed salary + commission **Location:** Santa Inês - Belo Horizonte
