A key position that thinks, executes, and delivers results alongside the sales team. Main Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the annual institutional and real estate product marketing plan (launches, inventory, commercial actions) Execute digital campaigns (paid traffic, social media) and offline campaigns (events, point-of-sale, printed materials) Manage content, social media, paid media, and institutional materials with brand consistency Monitor KPIs (generated leads, MQLs, conversion), analyze performance, and deliver management reports Coordinate external partners (agencies, designers, suppliers) and control the marketing budget Integrate marketing with sales, supporting commercial goals with aligned materials and actions Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields Proven experience in real estate marketing with strategic \+ operational involvement Proficiency in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content) and data analysis (Google Analytics) Organized, analytical, proactive profile, capable of handling deadlines, pressure, and targets Excellent communication skills and practical leadership ability (without managing a large team, but with high execution volume) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month
