Conduct tactical planning of store operations, guiding supervisors and managers, developing action plans, campaigns, promotions, launches, market research, product and competitor analysis, ensuring competitiveness and growth of stores under responsibility, including goal and campaign distribution. Sales target management and teamwork. Administration of action plans, market trend analysis, monitoring of market campaigns. Support sales teams, standardize in-store customer service, conduct onboarding training for new company employees. Store visits and field supervision, including showroom oversight.
