Join our team! **Your Mission:** Manage and develop the distributor network, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies, evaluating technical, commercial, and compliance aspects, identifying expansion opportunities, strengthening presence in indirect markets, and ensuring partners are prepared to sell and support products according to corporate guidelines. **Responsibilities:** * Act with ethical rigor, promoting integrity, transparency, and compliance with compliance guidelines; * Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and competitive analysis, structuring business cases to support decisions on differentiated pricing; * Serve as a reference in safety, ethical conduct, customer focus, and continuous improvement; * Ensure adherence to the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and other applicable legal requirements; * Boost business through the distributor network in PSN (Parts & Services Division NASA), RDT (Rock Drilling Tools), and SED (Surface & Exploration Drilling); * Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and maintain fully updated documentation with distributors; * Enable and keep strategic data connectivity (market, applications, optimal inventory, innovations) between Epiroc Brazil and dealers, acting as the executing link in the process; * Plan and prioritize sales activities at distributors, closing profitable deals, managing contracts with focus on fulfilling their terms, with short-, medium-, and long-term vision; support budgeting and forecasting processes related to sales, pricing, and margins; * Conduct distributor visits to identify opportunities, provide assistance regarding equipment and operational activity improvements, and deliver application and sales training when necessary; * Continuously monitor distributor positions to identify new business opportunities; * Stay updated on the market landscape, including emerging trends and competitor movements; * Perform business analysis: growth, market share, pricing, sales channels, competitors, and SWOT analysis; * Map territories/market segments and develop sales growth objectives for each sales channel; * Identify distributor training needs and align them with business lines; * Develop new product applications together with distributors to ensure excellent territorial coverage; * Monitor competitor information and performance using structured data to inform decisions on market presence, product portfolio, and pricing. **Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is considered a plus; * Prior experience in compliance, channel/partner management, or similar roles; * Knowledge of LGPD, applicable legislation, and corporate governance practices; * Ability to act as a strategic bridge between different business areas and external partners. **Your Profile:** * Ethical and integrity-driven profile, committed to compliance and transparency; * Results-oriented, focused on achieving goals and boosting business; * Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and teams; * Proactive in pursuing continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions; * Adaptable to the market landscape and industry changes; * Strategic vision to identify opportunities and anticipate trends; * Consultative approach, serving as a technical and behavioral reference for partners and teams; * Clear, assertive, and collaborative communication. **It All Starts with People.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
