Job Summary:
Health Insurance Analyst responsible for optimizing commercial strategies with health insurance providers, monitoring the market, and ensuring compliance with ANS (National Health Agency) regulations.
Key Highlights:
1. Analyze and optimize sales strategies with health insurance providers.
2. Responsible for planning and organizing health insurance agreement information.
3. Engage in project development and contract maintenance with health insurance providers.
Analyze sales strategies in collaboration with health insurance providers; monitor competitors; identify and highlight market trends; study projections and comparative reports; and prepare managerial reports to support decision-making by senior management and achieve planned results. Be responsible for planning and organizing health insurance provider information for hospital service departments; maintain up-to-date health insurance information in the Tasy management system for service departments; be responsible for configuring the Tasy system regarding health insurance information and updates; monitor monthly performance indicators for the department; keep health insurance provider contracts updated, current, and financially viable for service delivery, identifying bottlenecks or issues that could lead to bureaucratic, financial, or legal losses for the institution; understand ANS (National Health Agency) regulations. Be responsible for developing projects of interest to health insurance providers to promote the Holhos brand among them; keep health insurance providers informed of positive outcomes generated within Holhos that may directly impact their costs; develop action strategies aimed at increasing service volume from health insurance providers strategically important to the institution; responsible for conducting studies on new entrants and/or cancellations of underperforming providers; provide support to the service team whenever requested, offering guidance, training, and preventing incorrect information entry during service interactions; support billing, accounts receivable, and claim negotiations in strategic and institutionally relevant discussions. Promote ongoing education on sector-related topics for service staff.
