Job Summary: A strategic and operationally integrated Financial Manager to ensure results, budgetary discipline, and economic efficiency within a hospitality group. Key Highlights: 1. A hospitality-sector group is seeking a Financial Manager to act strategically and integrally with operations. \- The professional will be responsible for the unit's financial management, ensuring result accuracy, budgetary discipline, and economic efficiency. \- Responsibilities include leading managerial closings, performance analysis, cost control, internal control structuring, compliance and risk management, as well as supporting senior management and operational departments in decision-making. \- The position involves team leadership, monitoring of income statements (DRE), profit-and-loss statements (P\&L), and trial balances; integration between finance and operations departments; support to leadership; and identification of process improvement opportunities and cost reduction initiatives. **Requirements:** Solid experience in financial management, team leadership, proficiency in Excel and BI tools, knowledge of financial and accounting routines, English language skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. \- 100% on-site work – Belo Horizonte region; \- Business hours \| Flexible schedule required.
