Job Summary: Acessórias is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead teams, develop strategies, and ensure results, with a focus on people management and performance metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Leading and supervising the collections team (internal and/or external); * Analyzing KPIs such as productivity, recovery rate, aging, PDD, and other relevant metrics; * Developing more efficient collection strategies tailored to each client’s profile; * Providing regular feedback, conducting training sessions, and performing individual team follow-ups; * Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and customer service best practices; * Supporting operational improvements and process automation; * Preparing reports and presenting results to leadership; * Handling complex negotiations when necessary; * Monitoring third-party offices and partners to ensure goal attainment and compliance. What we expect from you: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in collections and team management; * Knowledge of credit and collections legislation; * Proficiency in KPIs and management tools; * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, organization, and results orientation; * Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office package, especially Excel; * Experience with collections systems, CRM, or ERP. You’ll stand out if you have: * Courses or specialization in credit, collections, or people management; * Experience handling large portfolio volumes or multichannel collections.
